These terms govern access to Platform features, Discovery marketplace, remote recording, and subscription-related services provided by Tamuka Connection Entertainment, Inc.
1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW
The Platform offers:
- Discovery Marketplace
- Member-only tools
- Subscription tier services
- Remote recording sessions
- Post production support
Use of the Platform implies acceptance of these terms.
2. DISCOVERY MARKETPLACE
- Users may upload content for discovery, promotion or sale
- Users retain ownership of their content
- Company does not distribute to DSPs or third-party platforms
3. SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS
- Subscriptions unlock Platform features
- Users are responsible for payment
- Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
4. REMOTE RECORDING TERMS
- Users must have a compatible setup
- Company is not responsible for client hardware or Internet failures
5. SYNC LICENSING SUPPORT
- Company may assist with submission efforts
- No placement gurantee
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users may not:
- Upload illegal; content
- Misrepresent ownership
- Abuse Platform features
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Losess arising from user actions
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are generated by the laws of the State of New York.
