These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, platforms, and services provided by Tamuka Connection Entertainment, Inc., a New York C Corporation ("Company", "We," "Us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the Terms in full. if you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the services.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Agreement" means these Terms and any additional terms referenced herein. "Platform" refers to all online or digital services managed by the Company, including Discovery, subscriptions services, remote recording system, project portals, and associated features. "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Platform. "Content" means any text, media, files, audio, video, data, or materials uploaded, posted, or transmitted by users or provided by the Company as part of any services.

2. ELIGIBILTY

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and operating in a professional capacity (e.g., music industry professional, label, management company, broadcastr rdco partner). Access to certain features and services is restricted to registered account holders, and further restricted to paying subscribers where indicated.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  1. To access certain features, you must create am account and provide current, accurate information.
  2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  3. You agree to notify the company immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

4. PLATFORM SERVICES

The Company provides a variety of services including, but not limited to:

  1. Discovery Marketplace access
  2. Subscription-based services
  3. Remote recording sessions and coordination
  4. Mixing & Mastering Services
  5. Music business management and administration support
  6. Post production and sound design services

5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

  1. Subscriptionn access is provided according to tiered plans listed on the Subscription page.
  2. Payment obligations are recurring and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  3. The Company may modify subscriptions plans, availability, or pricing at any time.

6. PAYMENT AND BILLING

  1. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
  2. By providing payment informationm, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
  3. The Company is not responsible for payment processor errors.

7. USER CONTENT AND RIGHTS

  1. You retain ownership of any Content you upload.
  2. By uploading Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content to provide the services.
  3. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload, submit, and share your Content.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  1. Upload illegal, infrighting, defamatory, or malicious content.
  2. Misrepresent identity or ownership of content
  3. Interfere with the Platform's operation
  4. Circumvent access controls or security

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates are not liable for:

  1. Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  2. Losses arising out of access issues, service disruptions, or third-party service failures
  3. Revenue losses due to Platform use or reliance on information

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided "as is."

To the fullest extent permitted by the law, the Company disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

13. UPDATES TO TERMS

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
